Gramin Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chalburga Institute has been working over rural development since last 33 years Through this Institute and the cooperation and donership with prime bodies such as Maharashtra Government, Zilha Parishad, District Rural Development System, NYK, UNICEF, Women Economical Development Corporation the projects like the Rural Development Project (SGSY), the Ramai Women's Capability Plan (SCP), the Rural Micro Planning, the Water Cup Project, the Deepshikha Project etc have been undertaken and successfully executed with high merits.

DROUGHT ALLEVIATION PROGRAMME (2016-2018)
Helped 5,000 people. Distributed water and food
COVID RELIEF WORK (2020-2021)
Grain kits were distributed to 200 families of out-of-state laborers. The kit contains all the essentials like wheat flour, sugar, turmeric, salt, chili, soap, sweet oil, tea leaves etc.
